We are currently looking for a Business Analyst who would join our implementation team to support the finance workstream.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Gathering invoice creation and submission requirements from Clients
- Creating process flows to support requirements, VMS/ATS technology and RSR back office processes
- Implementing client and supplier billing and payment solutions in line with the solution design and RSR capabilities
- Compiling the financial requirements documents per program for Client, Ops and Back offices
- Attending weekly internal and external client calls to update and facilitate and resolve any issues in implementation
- Aligning all other work streams on all F&I related issues
- Gather reporting requirements to support implementation
- Creation and maintenance process documentation.
- Advising managers how to apply a wide variety of existing procedures and precedents and also advising internal customers
- Supporting others by performing prescribed project management activities following existing procedures.
- Producing accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting that data into standard formats.
About You
- Familiar with MSP, RPO services
- 1-2+ years customer service experience is preferred
- Fluent English, knowledge of German/Dutch/French is a plus
- Knows Microsoft Visio and is proficient with Smartsheets
- Can Easily handle more multiple projects at a time
- Have experience with reporting and vendor management/application tracking systems, CRM databases and analytic tools, would be advantageous
- Excellent Microsoft Office/google for business applications skills.
- Experience of working in a matrix organisation.
- Experience of working in a project based fast growing and changing environment.
- Experience in stakeholder management up to middle management
- Analytical, quick learner with drive to continuously improve
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Willingness to work in a team and also to take responsibility for tasks and projects independently
